Copyright and use of the portal
Ecosistema digitale per la Cultura della Regione Campania (The Digital Ecosystem for Culture of the Campania Region) is a website promoted and managed by the Directorate General for Cultural Policy and Tourism of the Campania Region. The domain, logo, graphics and icons of the website are the exclusive property of the Campania Region and are protected by Italian and international copyright laws, so they can not be, even partially, reproduced, distributed, sold, transferred or modified. The website manages and publishes two types of content:

• Editorial activities: : editorial contributions can not be used commercially and their use is governed by the license "Creative Commons Attribution - Non-commercial 4.0" (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/).
• Metadata. The structured information for the description of cultural resources is regulated by one of the project licenses based on the "Creative Commons and RightsStatements" licenses.

You may download or print a copy of the materials contained in the website for your own personal use and not for commercial purposes. You agree to retain all trademark and copyright notices contained on the materials in any manner downloaded or copied.

Limitation of Liability
The Directorate General for Cultural Policies and Tourism of the Campania Region cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind caused directly or indirectly by access to the website and the use of interactive tools, the inability or impossibility of access. The General Management promotes the inclusion of updated information in the site, but can not absolutely ensure their completeness.
In particular, regulatory texts, are provided for the sole purpose of dissemination and therefore do not constitute a source of law. It is therefore recommended, where appropriate, to consult the official sources.
The Directorate General for Cultural Policy and Tourism of the Campania Region has no responsibility for any external sites that can be accessed through links within the website.
