Copyright and use of the portal
The Campania Region Digital Ecosystem for Culture is a portal promoted and managed by the General Directorate for Cultural Policies and Tourism of the Campania Region. The portal's domain, logo, graphics, and icons are the exclusive property of the Campania Region and are protected by Italian and international copyright laws. Therefore, they may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, transferred, or modified, even partially. The portal manages and publishes two types of content:

• Editorial works: Editorial contributions may not be used commercially and are licensed under the "Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0" license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/).
• Metadata: Structured information for the description of cultural resources is governed by one of the project licenses based on the "Creative Commons and RightsStatements" licenses.

You may download or print one copy of the materials contained on the portal for personal, non-commercial use. The user agrees to retain all trademark and copyright notices contained on the materials downloaded or copied in any way.

Limitation of Liability
The General Directorate for Cultural Policies and Tourism of the Campania Region cannot be held liable for damages of any kind caused directly or indirectly by accessing the portal and the use of interactive tools, or by the inability or impossibility of accessing it. The General Directorate promotes the inclusion of up-to-date information on the site, but cannot guarantee its completeness.
In particular, regulatory texts are provided for informational purposes only and therefore do not constitute a source of law. We therefore recommend consulting official sources where appropriate.
The General Directorate for Cultural Policies and Tourism of the Campania Region assumes no responsibility for any external sites that may be accessed via links within the portal. Quotations for news or reviews are permitted if accompanied by the source "Ecosistema digitale per la Cultura della Regione Campania" and its URL cultura.regione.campania.it.

User Responsibility
The user accepts these terms of use and assumes all liability arising from use of the portal.
The user who registers on the portal is required to provide only his or her own personal data and guarantees that it is true, correct, and up-to-date. The user also acknowledges that he or she is responsible for any use of the site by himself or anyone using his or her personal data.

Changes to the Terms of Use
The Campania Region reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Use at any time. For the needs of the Regional Administration, the portal may be subject to changes, even partial, without any obligation to provide prior notice to users. Any changes will, however, be announced on the portal pages.

Limits of Use
The Campania Region reserves the right to deny access to its online services to specific users or groups of users, even registered users, at any time, without notice and without any liability to users or third parties.

Reporting Errors
Users may report any portal malfunctions or errors in the information provided on the web pages and/or interactive services by sending an email to ecologia.cultura@regione.campania.it
