The symbolic start of Procida's year as Italian Capital of Culture was greeted, on Saturday January 22, with the simultaneous projection of the official logo and the claim "Culture does not isolate" on some of the most important monuments of Campania, which were illuminated in pink, in line with the thematic color of Procida 2022.

Organized in collaboration with the Campania Region and the Campania dei Festival Foundation, the event further illuminated the colonnade of the Basilica of San Francesco di Paola in Piazza del Plebiscito, the Royal Palace and Castel Sant'Elmo in Naples, the Temples of Paestum, the Royal Palace of Caserta, the Arch of Trajan in Benevento, the Castello Marchionale in Taurasi and the Casina Vanvitelliana in Bacoli. On the island of Procida, the special projection instead illuminated the village of Terra Murata.

Friday, June 26 at 11:00 am, is scheduled a meeting in live streaming between the University of Salerno and the Napoli Teatro Festival Italy entitled "Themes and authors of contemporaneity in the sections of the Napoli Teatro Festival Italy". There will be present in live streaming: Vincenzo Loia (Rector University of Salerno), Maria Giuseppina De Luca (delegated by the Rector to Arts and Entertainment), Nadia (consultant to the artistic direction NTFI), Silvio Perrella (curator literature section NTFI), Massimiliano Sacchi (for the music section NTFI), Roberto D'Avascio (curator Cinema section), Claudio Di Palma (curator SportOpera section NTFI), Brunella Fusco (curator International section NTFI).
